Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. The returned item(s) will be inspected when received and any reduction in value (including damage incurred during transportation) will be deducted from the refund. It is Kinz Kanaan who evaluates any reduction in value.

Unless otherwise agreed, you pay the shipping costs for the return. Kinz Kanaan will cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error. 

Please do not send jewelry that was purchased at one of our store locations for return. We cannot process any store returns and your package will be returned to you. If the item was purchased at a store, it must be returned at the same store.

If the returned goods comply with our returns policy we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days after we receive your returned products.
